Movie Reviews Part 1
Well, my grandmother has been gone for almost 2 months and things in my life are starting to get back into some sense of normalcy. I have seen tons of movies in the last couple of months and thought that I would share my reviews of them with you. I will write them in more than one entry to make digestion a little easier. I will be writing some more serious stuff after I finish these.
The first movie that we look at is "The Longest Yard." I was not impressed. This movie is nothing more than an exact copy of the original, which is a great movie. I am not a big Adam Sandler fan, so that probably doesn't help any. I am not going to talk about this anymore.
The next movie is "Anchorman - The Legend of Ron Burgundy." This movie stars the always funny Will Ferrell as the title character. While this is not as funny as some of his other movies, it is still worth watching and has more than its share of laugh out loud moments including a scene about an especially pungent cologne.
Our next cinematic work is "Munich." This was directed by Steven Speilberg and was a disappoinment to me. The acting was good but the movie was long and the ending just kind of dropped. This is also the movie that I was watching when I found out that my Granny had passed away and that had no bearing on my review.

The last movie for this issue of my reviews is "The Descent." This is one of the scariest movies that I have ever seen. I loved it and wished that I could have seen it more than once. It takes place in a cave and the creatures are very creepy. This film did not last long in the theaters which is a shame. It comes out with a bang and makes you anticipate when the evil will show up. Another great British film. How do they continue to put out such great flicks and Hollywood continues to churn out such dung? Oh
well, that is the $64,000 question. Deal or no deal!!!!!
Until next time.........Nucksy
